Medical irradiation BactoSfera MED 15

Disinfecting the air and surfaces in healthcare facilities prevents the spread of dangerous infections. The BactoSfera MED 15 germicidal irradiator is designed for the stationary UV treatment of rooms with an area of up to 20 square metres. The device is mounted on a wall or ceiling, thereby preserving the usable floor space of the room.

The unit is fitted with a single ozone-free lamp that emits short-wave ultraviolet radiation. Whilst the high-performance BactoSfera MED 30x6 TIMER medical irradiator with a built-in automatic timer is required for larger rooms, the MED 15 model is ideal for standard consultation, dressing and dental rooms.

• Houseplants must be removed from the room.

Once disinfection is complete, there is no need to ventilate the room, as the lamp does not emit toxic ozone.
