OTK BactoSfera ensures strict quality control of its products. Each unit is assigned a responsible person from the Quality Control Department, who is recorded in the product acceptance certificate. All products have serial numbers and barcode labeling. Continuous improvement of production processes and modernization of final products are ongoing, expanding the range of products. BactoSfera products have undergone laboratory testing and have all the necessary certification documentation.

EXCHANGE/RETURN
Exchange or return of BactoSfera products is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase in accordance with the Ukrainian Law "On Consumer Rights Protection".
Products eligible for exchange or return must be unused, operational, undamaged, maintain their appearance, packaging, and include purchase documents.
To exchange or return a product, please contact the seller from whom the product was purchased. Transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
WARRANTY
The warranty period for BactoSfera products ranges from 1 to 5 years and is indicated in the product passport.

Warranty service is provided exclusively at the manufacturer's Authorized Service Center located at: Kyiv, Svyatoslav Khorobroho Street 1.
