    1. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

    • 1.1. How much does shipping cost?

      The cost of delivery depends on the delivery option you choose, the payment method (prepayment or cash on delivery), and your locality to which the delivery is being made. It is calculated according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta, the courier company used for delivery. For more detailed information, please refer to our Delivery and Payment section.

    • 1.2. How can I pay?

      • Payment by bank transfer can be made at the cashier of any bank branch or from your company’s current account.

      When choosing the bank transfer payment method, delivery of the order is possible after the funds are credited to our bank account.
      Important!
      Payment is credited only when funds are transferred from the current account of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs through a bank cashier.
      If payment is made in any other way (such as transferring funds via payment systems like Privat 24, monobank, Liqpay, Portmone, and others), the funds will be returned to the payer.

      • Cash on delivery

      Payment in cash upon receiving the goods at the branch of the “Nova Poshta” courier service (the cost of the order will include a cash-on-delivery fee).

    • 1.3. What are the terms of delivery?

      • Pickup (9:00-18:00)

      After placing your order and contacting our manager, you can pick up your order at the following address: Kyiv, Vatslava Havela Boulevard, 8.

      • Delivery across Ukraine by “Nova Poshta” courier service

      Delivery of goods across Ukraine is carried out by the carrier “Nova Poshta”.
      (Average delivery time is 1-2 working days.)

    • 1.4. How many days does the product stay at the pickup point?

      The item remains at the pickup point for 5 days.

    • 1.5. What should I do if the goods were damaged during transportation?

      Please pay attention to the simple rules for receiving goods from the carrier:

      • When receiving the goods from the carrier, you must ensure that the goods are not damaged and are complete.
      • If you notice any mechanical damages (scratches, dents, etc.) during the inspection of the goods, you must refuse to accept the goods, draw up an act, and inform us.
      • Based on the act provided by you, we will proceed with replacing the goods.

      Attention! Once you accept the shipment from the carrier and sign the shipping documents, the responsibility for the integrity and completeness of the shipment transfers to you, and we cannot accept claims thereafter.

    • 1.6. Is it possible to pay for the order with a card upon receipt?

      Yes, it is possible.
      Upon receipt of the order at the cash desk of the carrier “Nova Poshta” when paying with cash on delivery.

    • 1.7. Is international shipping available?

      Yes, it is possible.

  • 2. WARRANTY AND SERVICE MAINTENANCE

    • 2.1. What are the warranty terms?

      Warranty repair conditions:

      • The product must be complete.
      • Proof of purchase (sales receipt, cash receipt, or invoice) is required.
      • The Warranty Certificate filled out correctly by the seller.
      • Availability of complete documentation (User Manual, Warranty Certificate).

      Warranty service is provided exclusively at the authorized Service Center of the manufacturer located at: 8, Vatslava Havela Blvd., Kyiv, Ukraine, Bactosfera LLC.

    • 2.2. Can I exchange or return the product?

      Return or exchange of the product is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” within a 14-day period from the date of purchase.

      Exchange and return can only be made under the following conditions:

      • The product has not been used,
      • The product is in its original complete packaging,
      • The product retains its original appearance without breaking factory seals, labels, and includes the purchase receipts.
  • 3. Technical Questions

    • 3.1. How to set up the recirculator timer?

      To set the timer, please refer to the instructions in the product manual.

      3.1.1 Setting Programs:

      Ensure that program settings do not overlap, especially when using the options block. If program settings overlap, the recirculator will turn on and off according to the programmed time rather than the program number, with the OFF program taking precedence over the ON program.

      1. Press the “TIMER” button once – “ON 1” will appear on the display. You can now set the first on-time setting.
      2. Press or hold the “WEEK” button sequentially to set the desired day or group of days. Set the time using the “HOUR” and “MIN” buttons.
      3. Press the “TIMER” button to finish the first on-time setting and begin setting the off-time – “OFF 1” will appear on the display. Repeat steps 5.2 to set the off-time.
      4. Press the “TIMER” button to finish the off-time setting for the first program and start setting the next on-time (second program). Repeat steps 5.2 and 5.3 to set the required number of ON+OFF programs (up to 10 programs). To quickly view the set program settings, press and hold the “TIMER” button for two seconds.
      5. Once finished, press the “CLOCK” button. The timer is now ready to operate.

      3.1.2 Setting Current Time:

      1. Press and hold the “CLOCK” button, press the “WEEK” button until the current day of the week appears, then set the current time using the “HOUR” and “MIN” buttons. To quickly find the desired day, hour, or minute, hold down the corresponding WEEK, HOUR, or MIN button until the desired value appears.
      2. Release the “CLOCK” button – the day of the week and time will be set.
      3. To reset incorrect time, repeat the above steps.

    • 3.2. How to check and fix if the lamp did not come out of the lamp holder and the irradiator does not work?

      To check if the lamp has not come out of the lamp holder, try rotating it. If it rotates easily, rotate it until it clicks into place.

      If you are unable to align the base with the lamp holder, you may need to check the condition of the lamp holder as discussed in question 3.3.

    • 3.3. How to check the lamp holder if it could fail?

      To check the lamp holder, you need to remove the lamp and ensure that the lamp holder is securely in place.

      If the lamp holder is not securely in place, it should be properly repositioned.

    • 3.4. How to replace the lamp in irradiators and recirculators?

      Replacement of the lamp is carried out according to the instructions for the devices:

      Irradiator:

      1. Disconnect the irradiator from the 220V electrical supply.
      2. Remove the protective cover (if applicable).
      3. Remove the plastic cover by pulling it away from the irradiator.
      4. Replace the lamp. To do this, twist the lamp until it clicks and pull it out. Then insert the new lamp into the lamp holder and twist it back 45 degrees until it clicks. Put on the cover and protective casing.

      Recirculator:

      1. To change the lamps in the recirculator or perform lamp servicing (cleaning dust), follow these steps:
      2. Turn off the recirculator and place it with its back facing towards you.
      3. Unscrew the securing casings.
      4. Remove the casing.
      5. Replace the lamp.
      6. Replace the casing and screw in the appropriate screws.

      Irradiator with louvers:

      1. Disconnect the device from the power supply and dismantle it.
      2. Unscrew the screws from the top cover and remove it.
      3. Replace the lamp.

    • 3.5. How to use Bactosfera Darsonval?

      Using the darsonval device should be according to the instructions provided with the product.
