      AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER

      ACC BactoSfera warranty and post-warranty service is located at the address: Kyiv, 1 Svyatoslav Khorobrogo street.

      Requisites for sending the product to ASC through the carrier “Nova Poshta”: Kyiv, branch No. 6, 097-290-78-78, LLC “BAKTOSFERA” (39621673).

      Costs for transporting products to the ASC and back are borne by the buyer.

      By default, return transportation is carried out to the place where it came from (according to the sender’s details).

      To receive information about the repair of your product, call the Service Center on the multi-channel telephone hotline 0800 33 78 78 and press the number “5”. Calls are free from all numbers in Ukraine. Working hours of the ASC: MON-FRI 09:00-18:00.
